Over the years, Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ Charity Foundation has remained steadfast in its mission to uplift and empower the less privileged across underserved communities.
With a heart for humanity and a vision for a more equitable society, the foundation has provided critical interventions—ranging from emergency relief supplies and nutritious meals to school scholarships, vocational training, and access to basic healthcare. These life-changing efforts have not only addressed immediate needs but have also helped build long-term resilience and self-sufficiency among individuals and families facing economic hardship.
Our programs are designed to bring hope where it’s needed most—whether it's giving a child the opportunity to return to school, supporting widows and single mothers with sustainable income-generating skills, or ensuring that displaced persons have access to shelter and clean water. Every donation we receive is channeled with transparency and compassion to maximize impact and restore dignity to those who need it most.

Together, this founding team laid the groundwork for an organization committed to serving God through humanity.
The Organisation is overseeing the construction of boys’ and girls’ hostels at St. Theresa’s Secondary School, in partnership with Sinfonia Foundation, Switzerland.
This project ensures that students, especially those from remote areas, have safe and accessible accommodation that supports their education.
The Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ Charity Organisation provides scholarships to orphans and indigent students across various educational levels and institutions nationwide.
At St. Theresa’s Secondary School, Enugwu Ukwu, we also award Best Performance Scholarships to outstanding students in different classes to encourage academic excellence. In addition, we continue to support orphans and less-privileged students in the school through dedicated scholarship opportunities.

We are partnering with Humanity Nigeria to provide vocational and innovation training to selected students at the St. John Innovation Institute of Management and Technology (JIIMATECH), Neni.
This initiative equips young people with 21st-century skills and prepares them for a future of creativity and productivity.
The Organisation is currently building a house for Madam Stella Nwankwo, a widow from Enugwu Ukwu, who has been facing extreme hardship without a proper roof over her head.
Moved by her condition, the Organisation decided to intervene and restore hope.

We are privileged to support the construction of the new Holy Family Church in Nimo, led by Very Rev. Fr. Dr. Charles Ndubisi. This project aims to provide the local community with a safe, dignified, and lasting place of worship. The former church building had become structurally unsafe. Though we initially set out to fund a re-roofing, a thorough assessment revealed that the foundation and structure were too weak for renovation. A complete rebuild became the only viable path forward. While the scale of the project extends beyond what we can accomplish alone, we remain committed to contributing meaningfully. With the new structure now at roofing level, we invite further support to help complete this vital work of faith and community.
Every year — typically in December or January — the Organisation conducts a charity outreach, reaching out to widows and the poor through meaningful dialogue, spiritual encouragement, and a warm communal encounter. The event culminates in the distribution of food items and other essential supplies, which bring great relief to the beneficiaries — many of whom deeply appreciate and look forward to this support each year. This outreach fosters a strong sense of community, dignity, and compassion, and remains one of our most cherished annual acts of service
